With UPS My choice, you can redirect your package to a different address, schedule a delivery time that suits you, or even authorize the release of your package without a signature. At this stage, we verify payment details to check if the payment has been successfully processed. Once the payment details has been verified, the order is then processed and prepared for shipping.

Please note that Exquisite Luxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. After we ship your order, once the package is in transit, there are circumstances beyond our control.

They have the resources and expertise to investigate and located missing packages.
